| Our work focuses on manufacturing complete sub-assemblies. These services are interesting for application areas in which "intelligent" mechanics need to be designed, developed and manufactured. They serve problem-solving and extend from the concept idea to the development and design of prototypes or hand-made models, such as for the automobile industry, through to development and mass-production ready for the market. We plan working closely together with our customers from the very first minute to find the optimum financial production method using all the available punching and bending technology options at our disposal. Our services in this respect include technical production advice, development, design, tool construction, punching and joining technology, procurement and logistics. |
The rising pressure of costs forces many companies to automise. By using the most up-to-date engineering equipment (Bihler), we link multi-faceted processing alternatives, such as thread cutting / rolling and embossing or welding, riveting, caulking and assembly, to achieve complex production systems. We offer polishing, lapping, hardening and surface finishing as additional services. The whole process of manufacturing sub-assemblies is monitored by suitable measuring and testing equipment in conformity to our quality system. On request, product-specific measuring engineering can be integrated. We supply our sub-assemblies to customers such as AEG, Siemens and Conti TEMIC. |
