| Reliable customer bonding - that is our daily credo. The quality of our products is the key to this. It is not only subsequently checked on finished products, but also conscientiously generated in each stage of our production processes. The outcome is an interplay between every person and department involved in the process of creation. All products manufactured by us are subject to strict quality inspections. Material analyses form just as much part of the tests as trials in our customers' production works. Innovative testing technology, such as SPC-monitoring, is deployed to ensure that our manufactures attain the high standards required during production. The inspection, measuring and test equipment used on our shop floor is also subject to regular calibration, either with our own facilities or at external test equipment institutes. We operate and maintain a quality system which meets the requirements of DIN ISO-90001-2000. All processes and spheres of responsibility and competence are bindingly determined here and help us on the way to ever improved production processes, from which our customers benefit. |
Our internal audits ensure that any weak points which occur in the system are rectified immediately. We are well aware of our obligation to our customers and their requirements and therefore encourage our workforce to build the system into their daily routines and to contribute towards its constant development. It goes without saying that all common industrial approval processes to VDA 6.1 or PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) are used as an aid for correct processing of the documentation required by our customer base. Our utmost aim is complete customer satisfaction in all matters involving quality, on-time deliveries and availability for problem-solving. |
