Our stock of machines, distributed over an air-conditioned production area 1,300 m2 in size, takes in 21 curve-controlled punching and bending machines, one of which with an upstream hydraulic press with a press force of 140 tons and 2 CNC-controlled wire bending machines. We furthermore dispose over punching machines ranging from 5 to 50 t. Our technical facilities (welding, contact welding, SMD-belts of parts, assembly, feeding in mounting parts, threads) enable us to deploy traditional punching and bending processes on the one hand, and combine fully automated work procedures on the other. On request, we also undertake customer-specific packaging on the machine.

The observance of specific part dimensions is guaranteed by the most up-to-date technology, such as video check systems and SPC-applications, and documented in accordance with all current approval processes, such as VDA 6.1, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). Thanks to our modern equipment and our high quality standards, we even now fulfil the demands of tomorrow.
